Day 11 Durham/Newcastle

hello dear, how are you?

I almost lost count of the days I’ve been in the UK. After staying a few days at our Manchester house for a few days, we started on a 3d2n roadtrip up north to Durham and Newcastle, with bro and his gf as well.

It’s quite hot yesterday and today, but I guess not comparable to HK, though there’s no AC here. We mainly come to this area because my brother used to study in Durham for his university. We visited back the places he used to hang around and some sightseeing places here. Durham is a nice classy town that feels very pleasant.

I am actually sort of coping and trying to get used to the dynamics of this family trip so far, because this is the first time we travel together to other places in the UK. We all 5 scrambled together in our 5 seater, and it makes me feel kinda stressed and overwhelmed. I feel like I really need some me time to recharge myself.

I’m gonna rest soon, hopefully when we get back to Manchester, it’ll feel slightly better. Good night :)
