Taipei 2026 Day 2 & 3

hello dear, how are you? 😊

Time flies and this is already the last night of this taipei trip, I’ll be heading back tomorrow evening. The trip has been good so far, even though it’s been raining basically every day haha. Thankfully I wasn’t planning to do any sightseeing anyway, it doesn’t impact my activities much.

Yesterday, I met with my friend and we went to an exhibition about pop music in taiwan. After that, we went for gashapon and guess what, I found a different blind box of Grogu! That blind box is great because it is all Grogu, so I don’t have to worry about missing it again. And in the end, I got the one that I want the most, which is Grogu eating macaron!! 🥹 he’s sooo cute hehe

As for today, I went out on my own and I went to another exhibition about the comic Detective Conan (I used to watch that when I was younger), then I did a bit more shopping.

I really enjoyed the alone time I get to spend here to rest and recharge. For both nights, I bath in hot water at the tub to relax, which felt really nice. And especially for tonight, I spent some time doing a mid year reflection and devotion time. It always feels special for me when I look back at what I wrote in the past, and seeing how even though I actually already forgot some of the things I put on there at the start of the year, God still somehow let me closer to some of the things I wrote down as my visions for myself for this year.

Tomorrow I’m going to head back to HK, even though I enjoyed the holiday, I also look forward to hugging my imaginary friend (my pinky dog) 😊
