Dramatic office day

hello dear, how are you? miss you.

I had a very dramatic office day today. It started with a really bad period cramp that woke me up at 6am. I took a panadol and fell back to sleep. When I woke up again, the pain was still pretty bad, I had a diarrhoea immediately after breakfast but the pain eased out a bit after that, so I still went in the office because I know they really need me to be in the office today.

I actually felt fine after going in even though I had a few rounds of diarrhoea. But the pain was gone and I thought the pooping was because of my period.

This was me earlier in the morning, I was watching some babyshark videos for work. Edison laughed at me and he took this picture of me:

I was super busy in the office today with back to back meetings and tones of sample reviews to make product decisions the whole afternoon. But then towards 6pm, I was starting to feel body aches and chills, but my forehead was so hot at the same time, that’s when I realised I probably was having a fever.

I tried to do a bit more work at my seat because I am just really busy after taking a week off, but I just felt really cold and tired, so I went to the idea space to lie down on the sofa.

It was actually already 7pm that time. Jojo and Edison came to check in on me and asked me to go home. The problem is I drove to the office, but I was definitely not well enough to drive home. So in the end, Edison ended up driving my car to drive Howe, Jojo, and me home (we all live in Island east side and his car is not big enough), then he drove my car to park at his home, and he will drive it back to the office tomorrow.

It feels a bit funny that he drives me back home with my car. But if there’s anyone in the world that I can trust in with my car, it’s definitely him.

I’ve been really tired and having body aches since I got home. I also pooped twice again already. So I think it’s probably not just my period, but that I might have a food poisoning or something.

I am gonna rest now and I hope I get better soon because I really am supposed to be very busy at work this week.
