hello dear, how was your day? miss you 🤍
Today is the 7.1 holiday, I am glad that there’s an extra day off this week that I can take some rest and also have more time to get things done before my UK trip.
This morning when I woke up, I could feel that I was still quite tense. So I decided that maybe I should try exercising today. I didn’t exercise at all last week because I was sick and I could really feel that because of that my body is a lot more tiring and sore than usual, I think it is because I didn’t move enough and detox. So today afternoon, I spent an hour doing some stretching and abs exercises. I made sure that I sweated a lot by not turning on the AC. It turned out to be such a pleasant time, especially I could feel I am less tense than yesterday.
I spent the rest of my time at home and I started packing. I am thinking to bring a bit more stuff to the UK this time, especially things that I don’t really use in HK but use over there, so I want to start packing earlier.
I am a bit sleepy now and I want to rest early tonight. Sorry that I don’t have any photo for today, stayed home all day. But I still wanted to drop a note here to let you know I miss you and want to give you a hug 🤍
