Exercising progress

hello my dear, how are you? 😊 miss you.


I didn’t write here last night because I went in the office yesterday and I was really sleepy by the time I got to bed.

I worked from home today, so I feel a bit better. I also want to share that since I came up with my exercising plan last week, I have been following it for two weeks so far! I have been doing some stretching exercise for my back for most of the weekdays, and I also have done some more intense training exercise for my lower body for 20ish minutes 2-3 times both weeks :)


I am quite proud of myself so far. I know partly it’s because my mental state for the last few days has been relatively stable, so it feels more manageable. I don’t know how long it will last and I am mindful to not push myself too hard, but for the time being, I will continue to try my best to keep it up.
