hello dear, how are you? miss you a lot here 🤍


Sorry that I didn’t write here yesterday, I don’t know why I was feeling really tired yesterday both mentally and physically. It might be because of the weather (it was raining all day) or because my period is coming soon and I’m having some PMS. I stayed home the whole day even though I was quite unproductive at work. But I felt like maybe I’d feel better if I get my body to move for a bit, so I exercised at home and I did feel slightly better.


It stopped raining today and I went out to grocery shopping with my parents in the afternoon. It feels kind of refreshing to be back to doing grocery shopping here in the UK.


I am actually still adjusting to be back to this house, partly because I have to live with my parents, but also it’s a lot more quiet and rural here compared to London or Hong Kong. But I think this can be a good opportunity for me to try starting a healthier lifestyle / routine here. For example to sleep earlier and wake up earlier since I anyway have to have morning meetings starting from 8 or 9am. My evening is also a lot quieter that I can rest and relax by watching movies, singing, journaling etc, because I get a lot less messages (it’s middle of the night in HK) and I don’t really have any social life here anyway.


I will be here for 3 weeks, so I probably will also go on some day trip with my parents nearby, like York and some natural landscape. I hope the weather stays good for the rest of my time here.
