Nausea

How are you, my dear? I miss you 🤍


I still have been feeling quite unwell, the nausea and dizziness didn’t go away even post period, I even had a mild diarrhoea today. So sorry that I have no photo for today because I look a bit ugly :(


I told my chinese doctor about my situation over messages (I didn’t have my weekly visit this week because he went back home in Taiwan for holiday), he said if it’s not a stomach flu, it sounds like it’s caused by my emotions, and he asked if I can sleep and rest more (because he knows my work has been busy).


I actually think that my mental state has been relatively manageable this week so far. I think the latest batch of chinese medicine that he gave me helps. But it is indeed true that work has been a bit extra stressful lately for me, so maybe subconsciously I am still stressed and my body is reacting to it.


I decided to take a few days off (like actual ones that I won’t reply any work related stuff) in early November, just to give myself some time to slow down and breathe. I thought of going somewhere, but I figured that travelling is probably mentally tiring for me still, even if it’s a vacation, especially to go alone. I think I will just stay in Hong Kong, spend some alone time at the beach, go to a cafe, and other stuff that’s relaxing.
