I have a situation.
Edwin suddenly messaged me, telling me that he is going back to HK for work soon. My anxiety is triggered when I saw the message. I think it’s because it’s been just around a year since what happened. In fact that happened on the night of mid autumn festival and in London, and I have been having some menory flashbacks since I arrived here. All these lead to a panic attack and I am having racing heartbeat and just can’t breathe now.
He shouldn’t know that I am in London now, so I don’t know why he’s suddenly messaging me again. And this is such a scary coincidence.
I just feel so scared now and I don’t even know why.
